Family Services Incorporated is seeking a full-time Victim Services Advocate to provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and child abuse.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide crisis intervention & emotional support
- Advocate for survivors in court, hospitals, and with law enforcement
- Connect survivors with resources like housing, counseling, therapy, and more
- Work with a team committed to safety, healing, and justice
What We’re Looking For:
- Empathy, excellent communication skills, and cultural sensitivity
- Experience in social services, criminal justice, advocacy, or related work
- Willingness to work flexible hours when survivors need support most
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting rate for this position is $17 per hour but could be more dependent on experience.
