Family Services Incorporated is looking for a full time staff attorney for the Victim Services Program’s Civil Legal Representation Program. The successful applicant will be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. This staff attorney will be dependable and compassionate as well as a team player with all advocates of the Victim Services Program. Additionally, 40+ hours of domestic abuse training will be provided.
Responsible for providing legal representation to program participants in civil matters. Representation may include, but not be limited to, interviews, filings, court appearances, trials, and all necessary subsequent litigation such as contempt petitions and appeals in civil legal matters.
Starting Wage: $56,160-64,480 dependent upon experience.
Requirements: A graduate from accredited law school and be licensed and eligible to practice law in Pennsylvania. Maintain PA licensure by completing necessary CLE credits. Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check, ACT 33/34, FBI and drug screen. Benefits include: PTO; health; Life/LTD.
