Family Services Incorporated offers internships to college students. Below are a list of internship opportunities.
Victim Services Program
As an intern for Victim Services Program, you will obtain a vast amount knowledge and hands-on experience in regards to crime victimization and its impact on the individuals experiencing the crime. Your communication and counseling skills will increase dramatically. You will also learn much about systems in the community and how each impacts and helps victims of crime.
Teen Center and Shelter
As an intern for this program you will learn about the issues facing runaway, homeless and at risk youth. You will learn about community systems and how they impact youth we serve. This is crisis oriented work geared to meeting the needs of our youth.
