Did you know that Family Services offers a great benefit package?

TIME OFF BENEFITS:

All full-time employees, beginning the first of the month following their hire date, begin to accrue annual leave and sick leave as follows:

ANNUAL LEAVE
First year of employment – 80 hours per year or 6.66 hours per month
Second, third and fourth years – 120 hours per year or 10 hours per month
Fifth year of employment and beyond – 160 hours per year or 13.33 hours per month
SICK LEAVE
First through fourth year – 80 hours per year or 6.66 hours per month
Fifth year of employment and beyond – 120 hours or 10 hours per month
HOLIDAYS
Ten (10) paid holidays per year

INSURANCES AND OTHER BENEFITS

Health; Vision; Dental Insurances available following 60 days of employment
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and supplemental Insurances available at yearly Open Enrollment
401(k) Plan; Life/LTD/AD&D added following one year of employment
