Family Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Compliance Officer in the Intellectual Disabilities Program. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, incident management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Candidates should be familiar with ODP standards, including 55 PA Code (HCBS Chapter 51), Chapter 6400, Chapter 6500, and Enterprise Incident Management. ODP Certified Investigator certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Position details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Starting rate: $23/hour (higher based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, education, or a related field, plus 2 years of relevant administrative or supervisory experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
