Family Services Incorporated has served Blair County since 1928. Centrally located in Altoona, we provide comprehensive social services, including support for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, runaway and homeless youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, children who may have experienced abuse, and adults with intellectual disabilities.
