Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Team (MDIT)
Our MDIT is made up of child abuse professionals each having their own unique area of expertise working in collaboration throughout the entirety of the child abuse investigation. One of the goals of the MDIT approach is to investigate child abuse while avoiding multiple, duplicative interviews of a child. Multiple interviews can hinder an investigation and further traumatize a child after experiencing abuse.
The MDIT approach improves prosecution outcomes and ensures that the well-being of the child is of the utmost importance.
