Teen Shelter | SWOOP

Street Wise Outreach Opportunity Program (SWOOP) provides a range of services to Blair County teens directly or through collaboration with other agencies specifically those working to protect and treat young people who have been or are at risk of being subjected to sexual abuse or exploitation. Sexual abuse or exploitation often results from exposure to drug activities, violence and gang affiliation.
